We did really enjoy ourselves and it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with you. I enjoyed the van so much more because I was relaxed about using it. I can be a bit of a worrier, so your easygoing approach to the hire was very much appreciated. Balloo is nevertheless in pristine condition and is a credit to you.
