Coronavirus Information
We are open and still taking bookings for new and existing customers who wish book, or to continue with their holiday plans, but just be mindful of any coronavirus symptoms, once restrictions allow we'll be operating as normal while caring for the health and well-being of our customers over this difficult time. Although we clean our campers to a high standard we are carrying out additional disinfecting around the dashboard steering wheel, switches, windows and all door handles inside and out, we also steam clean all the seats.
Please note that our position on postponement and cancellations, cleaning, and pick-up / drop-off procedures may change as situations develop across the country.
New Bookings
We are still taking bookings and anyone wishing to do so can secure dates without paying a deposit. We would only ask for a deposit once the lock down restrictions have been lifted, the same applies to the balance payments. Customers would then be free to cancel bookings with no risk. We do anticipate demand being high after the current restrictions have been lifted and ask customers who are considering taking a break after the restrictions have been eased to check availability
Postponements
If you wish to postpone your campervan holiday with us, we are happy to change your booking to a later date or to offer a voucher, the value of which could be used for a future booking this would be valid for 12 months. This applies to existing and new bookings until further notice, we want to ensure you have the flexibility to change your travel plans.

Cancellations
As in our terms and conditions if you wish to cancel
Up to 6 weeks prior to your collection date:
You can postpone your holiday without any additional costs. If you decide to cancel your holiday you will lose your deposit only.
6 weeks or less prior to your collection date:
You can postpone your holiday without any additional costs. If you decide to cancel your holiday you will receive a 50% refund.
